Mr. Longfellow received his Bachelor of
Science Degree in Natural Resources, specializing in Wildlife Management, from
the OhioStateUniversity
in 1976 and has over 25 years of professional environmental consulting
experience in both the environmental arena and the coal mining industry.As the President of Buckeye Mineral Services,
Inc. and as a project manager, Mr. Longfellow has supervised and has taken an active
role in permitting over 100 SMCRA coal mining permits in Ohio. He has extensive experience with the preparation
of the Individual Section 401 Water Quality Certifications, Individual Section
404 Permit Applications, Section 404 Nationwide Permit Pre-Construction
Notifications, and Jurisdictional Determination Reports for the Army Corps of
Engineers Districts in Ohio. Class III Ohio EPA Waste Water Operator Certificate.

Arthur B. Taylor, P.E.
Mr. Taylor received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Kentucky in 1957, and has over 50 years of Professional Engineering and consulting experience. He was the County Sanitary Engineer for Tuscarawas County, Ohio for 18 years. He was also the City Engineer for the City of Steubenville, Ohio where he worked on the development of a number of waste systems and treatment plant improvements. Mr. Taylor performed construction work for 13 years, installing sewers, water systems and structures. Mr. Taylor was involved in the development of various water systems and treatment plant improvements throughout Tuscarawas, Columbiana and Carroll Counties in the State of Ohio.

Paul Leist
Mr. Leist received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Bowling Green State University in 1999, and has over 5 years of professional environmental consulting experience. As a consulting geologist and environmental scientist for the coal mining industry, Mr. Leist has taken and active role in permitting numerous SMCRA coal mining permit areas for surface mining in Ohio. He has experience with the preparation of the Individual Section 404 Permit Applications, Section 404 Nationwide Permit Pre-Construction Notifications, and Jurisdictional Determination Reports for the Army Corps of Engineers Districts in Ohio.
Dennis C. Stark
Mr. Stark received an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Natural Resource Conservation in 1977 and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Environmental Quality Control in 1978 from Muskingum Area Technical College (now Zane State College) and has over 27 years experience as a permit coordinator in the coal mining industry as well as in environmental consulting. He has extensive experience as a wetland delineator, having conducted over 60 wetland and stream delineations in Ohio. He is experienced with the preparation of the Individual Section 401 Nationwide Permit Pre-Construction Notifications, and Jurisdictional Determination Reports for the Army Corps of Engineers Districts in Ohio.
Nathaniel Grundy
Mr. Grundy received an Associate of
Applied of Science Degree in Fish and Wildlife Management in 1997 from HockingCollege, a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Geography/Biology in 2000 from MurrayStateUniversity
and a Masters Degree in Entomology in 2003 from The University of Arizona.He has extensive experience performing
wetland delineations in Ohio,
Pennsylvania,
West Virginia,
Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky.He is also experienced with the preparation
of Section 401 Water Quality Certifications and Section 404 Permit Applications.
He also has experience preparing NEPA documents for a variety of industries
including mining, transportation, residential, commercial, and environmental
projects.
Craig A. Frantz
Mr. Frantz received an Associate Degree
in Design Engineering Technology in 2002 and is currently working towards his
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Surveying Certificate at
The University of Akron in order to pursue a Professional Engineer and
Professional Surveyor License, and has over 7 years of design specialist
experience.
